CEM – 500 is a automatic Carton Erector specially made for Forming Cartons from printed blanks for tea bag packing. The blanks stacked in a magazine is vacuum picked one at a time, transferred to the forming die section by a transfer arm. At this station hot melt dot glueing is done on both flaps as per the required pattern. A diving mandril from top pushes the carton blank through a folding & forming die where the carton get formed into the required box shape and fall out on to delivery conveyor automatically.

Size Change over is possible on the Machine using standard size parts which extends the machine utility.

Safety Doors with interlocks, low temperature interlock and mechanical overload interlock are provided for man and machine safety.
