Jar Pack JF/C/L/MC is a Complete Automatic Jar / Bottle Packing Line comprising of Bottle filling indexing carrier with Electronic Weigh fillers and bottle jogging arrangement to settle tea, Reel fed diaphram sealer, Automatic Cap applicator and online lable
applicator.

Bottle fed manually into the feeding conveyor is carried one by one in the holders on an indexing conveyor. The bottles are filled by electronic weigh filler at the filling station and jogged to settle the tea in the bottle and ejected out on to the diaphram applicator conveyor where the diaphram is applied on the bottle mouth. Bottle with diaphram seal goes into the capping machine where the cap is placed and tightened. Capped bottle travel to the label applicator where the label is applied automatically and comes out on to a packing table. PLC controlled with HMI for operator convenience. Man and material safety features are incorporated in the design.

Change over one size to another size is possible with standard change parts.
